Smoothies with Berries
A healthy drink which contains many necessary vitamins and antioxidants. I normally serve this drink in the morning so that it gives me a healthy kick for the day.
Ingredients:
- -2 cups of berries
- -1 banana
- -1½ cup of milk
- -2-3 tablespoons of liquid honey, to taste
- -1 small yogurt
Preparation:
- Mix all the ingredients in a blender, and then pour in glasses.
