Sautéed Vegetable
When I first cooked this recipe I served it together with some roasted chicken and it tasted delicious! It is very easy to cook; it took me approximately 15 minutes. You can also have it in a sandwich if you don’t want to serve it with meat.
Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 3 red onions, sliced
- 3 peppers of different colors
Preparation:
- And the 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large frying pan. Add the onions and peppers, thinly sliced, and fry them, stirring constantly, until they soften and get lightly browned.
- Serve in a bowl.
