Pasta with Shrimp and Tuna Sauce
Since I am a big fan of shrimps and pasta as well, I decided to combine them together in a delicious meal. It took me approximately 30 minutes to cook this dish and it turned out to be scrumptious!
I recommend it with all my heart for all you shrimp fans out there!
Ingredients:
- 400 g of shrimp (not deveined)
- 400 g of pasta
- cherry tomatoes
- 150 g of mozzarella
- Parmesan cheese (slices)
- 2-3 basil leaves
Sauce ingredients:
- 1 tuna can,
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise,
- 2 tablespoons of oil,
- salt,
- pepper
Preparation:
- Boil the pasta according to the information on the pack. After that, wash them with cold water. I use this method in order to avoid them sticking together.
- Cut the Mozzarella and the parmesan into slices or cubes, by preference, the tomatoes into 4 pieces and sprinkle them with salt.
- Boil the prawns for 5 minutes in water with salt, and then devein them when they are cold.
- Mix all the ingredients together.
- Prepare the sauce by mixing the tuna, the mayonnaise, and oil, mix until you obtain a homogeneous mixture.
- Add this mixture on top of the pasta.
