Orange Salad with Nuts and Molded Cheese
This recipe was really easy for me to prepare, it took me approximately 15 minutes. It’s a light dish, perfect for those of you who are on a diet or for a hot summer day.
Ingredients:
- 200 g mixed salad composition (arugula, watercress, spinach);
- 2 oranges;
- 1 tablespoon of coconut oil;
- 85 g of nuts, chopped largely;
- 140 g of moldy cheese, crushed.
Preparation:
- Place the mixed salad composition in a large bowl.
- I recommend peeling the oranges over a small bowl in order not to waste its juice.
- Mix the orange juice with oil, season with salt and pepper and pour the composition over the salad. Mix them together, then arrange on a platter.
- Add the orange slices, nuts and cheese.
