Cupcakes with Chocolate Icing
If you wish to impress your guests with a an easy to bake homemade dessert this could the perfect choice! Delicious!
Ingredients:
- 140 g of butter
- 100 g of fine sugar
- zest from 1/2 lemon
- 140 g flour mixed with 1 tablespoon of baking powder
- 2 large eggs, beaten
Icing ingredients:
- 100 g chocolate
- 300 ml cream
- 3 tablespoons sugar
Preparation:
- First you need to preheat the oven at 180 ° C, meanwhile, place the paper forms into a tray of muffins.
- Beat butter and sugar in a large bowl with a wooden spoon until the mixture becomes soft. Then add the lemon zest, eggs, flour and mix well.
- Put the mixture in the paper forms and bake for 20 minutes.
The crushed chocolate, sour cream and sugar are gradually heated up, stirring at the same time, until the chocolate melts and you get a smooth icing.
Garnish the cupcakes with the warm icing.
