Chocolate and Cranberry Muffins
An excellent dessert that combines both fruits and chocolate resulting in a great dish! These are perfect to serve your friends with (I recommend serving them freshly baked, they taste better!). The composition I used is for 12 muffins and it took me 40 minutes to cook.
Ingredients:
- 250 g of flour
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- 1 tablespoon of cocoa
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 85g of brown sugar
- 85g of dried cranberries
- 25 g dark chocolate
- 125 g of yoghurt
- 125 ml of milk
- 3 tablespoons of sunflower oil
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
Preparation:
- Preheat the oven at 180 ° C. Place the special papers in a tray for muffins. Mine has 12 holes for example. Mix the flour, the baking powder and the cinnamon in a bowl. While stirring, add the sugar and the cranberries.
- Place the chocolate in the microwave for approximately 1-2 minutes and then you let it rest.
- Mix the yogurt with the milk, the egg and the oil. Make a hole in the flour mix and add this liquid composition while stirring gently. Pour half of the chocolate on top, and mix it gently, and afterwards you pour the rest of the chocolate.
- Be careful to mix it gently!!
- Place the composition in the tray and bake for approximately 15-20 minutes.
