Chicken and Bacon Pasta
Since I am a big fan of pasta and was lacking time, I decided to try this recipe out. It turned out that it didn’t take me longer than 40 minutes to prepare and it turned out to be delicious!
Ingredients:
- pasta 500 gr;
- 2 chicken breasts;
- 200gr bacon;
- 250 gr cherry tomatoes;
- 400 ml sour cream;
- parmesan cheese;
- pepper;
- oregano;
- sunflower oil;
- salt;
Preparation:
- Boil the pasta following the instructions on the pack; I used vegetable spirals this time.
- The water in which I normally boil the pasta I always add 1/2 teaspoon of salt and a tablespoon of butter or margarine (it makes them taste delicious!).
- Cut the chicken breast into tiny pieces, sprinkle salt and pepper and add them into a pan with 1 tablespoon of olive. Let them fry until they get a golden brown color. Add the bacon and let them fry all together for approximately 2 minutes.
- Mix the drained pasta with sour cream over medium heat for approximately 2 minutes.
- Add the cherry tomatoes cut in half and mix them with the rest of the composition. Sprinkle some oregano as well.
You can add the parmesan by taste.
