Blueberry Muffins
A delicious and flexible recipe! When I say flexible I am referring to the options that you have instead of raspberries (which were my case). You can use instead of them either chocolate or other fruit. The ingredients I used are for 10 servings and it took me 30 minutes to prepare! Enjoy!
Ingredients:
- 275 gr or 2 and a half cups of flour
- 1 tablespoon of baking powder
- 115 gof sugar
- 1 egg
- 250 ml of milk
- 60 ml or 4 tablespoons of sunflower oil (you can substitute with melted butter)
- 150 g or 1 cup blueberries (here you can combine the dough with what you like, e.g. chocolate, raspberries)
Preparation:
- Heat up the oven to 200 ° c. Place the special papers in a tray for muffins.
- In a bowl mix together the flour, thebaking powder and the sugar, and then make a hole in the middle of the mixture.
- In a separate bowl mix the egg, the oil and add the milk and pour this mixture over the flour mix and stir gently but quickly.
- Add the fruits (in my case I used frozen blueberries) and incorporate them in the batter. Using a spoon pour each in its place in the muffin tray.
- Bake the cupcakes for approximately 20 – 25 minutes until they get golden brown.
