Baked Oyster Mushrooms
If you are a fan of vegan food you will most certainly enjoy serving this dish which can be easily prepared, requiring only 30 to 35 minutes of your time.
Ingredients:
- 500-700 g Oyster Mushrooms
- 1 bunch of green onions/ 1 leek
- 1 green pepper
- 3 large tomatoes
- broccoli (opened into pieces)
- 1 bunch of parsley
- 1 bunch dill
- 1/2 tablespoon flour
- 250 ml white wine
- 2 to 3 tablespoons of sour cream
- 1/2 tablespoon of flour
- oil
- salt
- fresh ground pepper
Preparation:
- Clean the mushrooms and cut them into slices.
- Stew the onion/leek in a small quantity of hot oil.
- Add the mushrooms and cook at low heat, stirring, until the mushrooms begin to soften in their juice.
- Boil the tomatoes, peel them, cut them into small pieces and add them over the mushrooms. Place the sliced peppers, salt and pepper, stirring occasionally, until the pepper is almost done and leaving a slightly low juice.
- Add the flour dissolved in sour cream, the wine, the broccoli, and mix and match the taste with salt and pepper. Immediately transfer into a baking dish and place in oven for about 20-25 minutes on medium heat.
You can easily notice when it is ready by looking at the vegetables, checking when they are perfectly cooked.
Serve as is, or as a side dish alongside steaks or cooked with meat.
