Spicy Shrimps with Butter

Again with the spicy food and shrimps! I can’t help myself from not cooking dishes which contain shrimps or that are spicy. This recipe is very easy to cook (in approximately 20 minutes) and it is delicious!

Serve together with bread, it makes the dish absolutely scrumptious!

 

 

Ingredients:

  • 25 g of butter;
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil;
  • 3 garlic cloves, mashed;
  • 1 red chili, chopped with seeds;
  • ½ teaspoon of paprika;
  • 12-20 big shrimps (not deveined);
  • juice from 1 lemon;
  • ½ bundle of parsley, chopped largely;
  • 1 small loaf of bread with a crisp crust, heated before serving.

 

Preparation:

  • Melt the butter and oil in a frying pan. Add the garlic, chili and paprika, and cook them for approximately two minutes until the garlic gets golden.
  • Add the shrimps and fry them for a few minutes, stirring, until they become pink.
  • Remove from the pan, season them with salt and pepper and add the lemon juice and parsley.

 

Eat this dish with the small loaf of bread mentioned previously, heated before serving. It gives the dish a scrumptious taste which I recommend from all my heart!
